Great Commision Air was founded by Robert and Jennifer Rice in 2000. GCA is supported by a five member Board of Directors and many dedicated volunteers. Robert is an instrument rated and commercial rated pilot with a multi-engine endoresement, as well as being a Certified Flight Instructor. Jennifer is a private pilot.

Jennifer and Robert have a heart for God's people and believe that spreading the Gospel and showing love for all people truly is the Great Commission.

Jennifer and Robert are the proud parents of their daughter, Genevieve, born on October 7, 2000 and Robert Dale, born Easter morning (4/11) 2004.
